Sweat Klub is an LGBTQIA+ inclusive functional training Bootcamp set in exciting locations throughout Berlin. Head Sweat Klub coaches Joey and Harry both identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community and created Sweat Klub to offer fitness no matter your race, sex, sexuality, beliefs, or physical condition.
We pride ourselves on creating a strong balanced workout that is rooted in the science of motivation. Fuelled by a humor injection and irresistible enthusiasm, we will help each participant push themselves to their limits whilst developing their endurance, flexibility, and conditioning strength. After a Sweat Klub session, you will leave energized dripping with sweat, and coupled with a sense of peaceful satisfaction that only comes from physical activity. All matched to a driving electronic music soundtrack for extra motivation.
Sweat Klub is back and we return with our outdoor sessions at our new summer home, Alte Münze.
We’ll be taking over their courtyard area within the grounds of the main building for intimate private events where we can create the full Sweat Klub experience.
Expect high-intensity interval team-based workouts that incorporate the use of kettle bells, medicine balls, and resistance bands. Our workouts focus on building our participant’s form and technique, conditioning their strength, and developing their fitness levels.
Our signature workouts are all set to a curated electronic music soundtrack that helps elevate and drive our participants for their best possible workout. Expect double the motivation from both of our head coaches, Harry and Joey who are there to support you all the way.
